How we started with seamless acoustics
I am Ton Pennings, owner of Pennings Acoustic Netherlands, which initially started as a finishing and painting company. Twenty years ago, we received a request to work on seamless acoustic ceilings. Over time, we gradually specialized in installing and finishing various brands of seamless acoustic ceilings and walls.
Based on our practical experience, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Knauf Ceiling Solutions to develop a seamless acoustic ceiling that encompasses the best aspects of 10 different systems, combining Knauf’s expertise with our 20 years of practical experience.
This collaboration resulted in the creation of Eleganza. In 2023, our team of 50 skilled professionals is carrying out the installation of approximately 50,000 square meters of Eleganza across nearly 200 homes, hotels, restaurants, offices and more different type of buildings.
Besides the successful collaboration, it is important to take initiative to acquire new customers. We have captured 60% of the market in seamless acoustic ceilings by proactively approaching the market. Commercial activities played a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishing lasting relationships with potential clients.
